End of Services Term. At the end of the Services Term, each Defaulting Party that has Collateral posted with the other Party in satisfaction of any requirement under this Agreement shall maintain such Collateral in full until such time as the Termination Payment, if any, has been paid in full. If at the end of the Services Term no Termination Payment is due, or in the event that an Early Termination Date occurs and the only Party that has Collateral posted as of the Early Termination Date is not a Defaulting Party, then neither Party shall have any further obligation pursuant to this Agreement to post Collateral.
