Term of Service. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

Term of Service. 3.1 The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of execution by both Parties hereto (the "Effective Date") and shall terminate on the earlier of (a) the date ESP informs Edison that it is no longer operating as an ESP in Edison's service territory; (b) the earlier termination pursuant to Section 4 hereof; or (c) the effective date of a new ESP Service Agreement between the Parties hereto. Notwithstanding the Effective Date of this Agreement, the ESP acknowledges that it may only offer Direct Access Services to customers effective January 1, 1998, or such other date as may be directed by the CPUC for commencement of such services by ESPs, and only after it has complied with all provisions of this Agreement and Edison's applicable tariffs.
Term of Service. The Assistant Chairperson shall serve a term coincident with that of the Department Chairperson. An Assistant Chairperson may be removed at any time by the Chairperson with the consultation of the Xxxx if it is determined that the Assistant Chairperson is not meeting the needs of the department. Such removal shall not be grievable provided that the Assistant Chairperson receives the stipend provided in paragraph 7.07 of this Agreement for the balance of the pending term.
Term of Service. One (1) year, terminable thereafter on three (3) days written notice by either customer or Company. In the case of customers who switch to Rate GS-L due to the cancellation of their contract with a Supplier, they will have sixty (60) days to sign up with a new Supplier. If customer remains on Rate GS-L for longer than sixty (60) days, then the one (1) year term will commence as of the date customer began service on Rate GS-L.

The Trustee shall serve until (a) the completion of all the Trustee’s duties, responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement and the Plan; (b) termination of the Trust in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Plan; or (c) the Trustee’s resignation, death, incapacity or removal.

4.4.7.4 Lost and Unaccounted For Gas and Fuel as a Percent of Gas Received at Receipt Point
4.4.8 Certification may be required from an approved Shipper that it has the authority to deliver gas to Company’s system for transportation.
