Term of Service Sample Clauses
Term of Service. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:
Term of Service. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of execution by both Parties hereto (the "Effective Date") and shall terminate on the earlier of (a) the date ESP informs PG&E that it is no longer operating as an ESP in PG&E's service territory; (b) the earlier termination pursuant to Section 4 hereof; or (c) the effective date of a new ESP Service Agreement between the Parties hereto. Notwithstanding the Effective Date of this Agreement, the ESP acknowledges that it may only offer Direct Access Services to customers effective January 1, 1998, or such other date as may be directed by the CPUC for commencement of such services by ESPs, and only after it has complied with all provisions of this Agreement and PG&E's applicable tariffs.
Term of Service. This Agreement shall remain in effect until your Certificate has expired or is earlier revoked.
Term of Service. The Assistant Chairperson shall serve a term coincident with that of the Department Chairperson. An Assistant Chairperson may be removed at any time by the Chairperson with the consultation of the Xxxx if it is determined that the Assistant Chairperson is not meeting the needs of the department. Such removal shall not be grievable provided that the Assistant Chairperson receives the stipend provided in paragraph 7.07 of this Agreement for the balance of the pending term.
Term of Service. One (1) year, terminable thereafter on three (3) days written notice by either customer or Company. In the case of customers who switch to Rate GS-L due to the cancellation of their contract with a Supplier, they will have sixty (60) days to sign up with a new Supplier. If customer remains on Rate GS-L for longer than sixty (60) days, then the one (1) year term will commence as of the date customer began service on Rate GS-L.
Term of Service. The Trustee shall serve until (a) the completion of all the Trustee’s duties, responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement and the Plan; (b) termination of the Trust in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Plan; or (c) the Trustee’s resignation, death, incapacity or removal.
Term of Service. The Consultant’s service under this Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 2008 and shall terminate on the earlier of December 31, 2008 or termination of the Consultant’s service pursuant to this Agreement. The period commencing as of January 1, 2008 and ending on December 31, 2008 is hereinafter referred to as the “Term”.
Term of Service. (a) The Trustee shall serve for a term of five (5) years, beginning on the Effective Date. At the end of each five (5) year term, absent extraordinary circumstances or the occurrence of any of the events described in subsections (i) through (iv) in Section 4.2(b) below, the TAC, OAC and FCR shall renew the term of the Trustee for an additional five (5) year term.
(b) Subject to the other provisions of this Section 4, the Trustee shall serve until the earlier of (i) his or her death, (ii) his or her resignation pursuant to Section 4.2(c) below, (iii) his or her removal pursuant to Section 4.2(d) below, (iv) the termination of the PSAN PI/WD Trust pursuant to Section 8.2 below or (v) the end of his or her term (unless renewed) as described in Section 4.2(a).
(c) The Trustee may resign at any time before the end of his or her term by written notice to the TAC, OAC and FCR. Such notice shall specify a date when such resignation shall take effect, which shall not be less than ninety (90) days after the date such notice is given, where practicable.
(d) The Trustee may be removed at the recommendation of the TAC, the OAC or the FCR, in the event that he or she becomes unable to discharge his or her duties hereunder due to accident, physical deterioration, mental incompetence, or for other good cause. Good cause shall be deemed to include, without limitation, any substantial failure to comply with the general administration provisions of Section 2.2 above, a consistent pattern of neglect and failure to perform or participate in performing the duties of a Trustee hereunder, or nonattendance at scheduled meetings. Such removal shall require the approval of the Bankruptcy Court and shall take effect at such time as the Bankruptcy Court shall determine.
Term of Service. Shipper or potential Shipper must request a minimum term of one year to initiate service or add a new Receipt Point or Delivery Point;
4.4.5 Identity of End-use Customer – the name, mailing and street address and the name, phone number, telecopier number and e-mail address of person(s) to contact for operational and other notices;

4.4.7 Indexes and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas:
4.4.7.1 Applicable Daily Index;
4.4.7.2 Applicable Alternative Daily Index;
4.4.7.3 Cash-out Index; and
4.4.7.4 Lost and Unaccounted For Gas and Fuel as a Percent of Gas Received at Receipt Point
4.4.8 Certification may be required from an approved Shipper that it has the authority to deliver gas to Company’s system for transportation.
