END OF YEAR STATEMENT. 15.1 The Company shall prepare a definitive end-of-year statement. The statement shall contain aggregated information for the Calendar Year in the same format as required in the production statement, the value of production and pricing statement, and the expenditure and receipts statement, but will be based on actual quantities of Petroleum produced, income received and expenditure incurred.
