END USE INFORMATION. (a) Sellers to GDLS-C provide products and services supporting armoured vehicles destined for customers worldwide. End use information is necessary to determine the requirement for, and the completion of, export and import permit/license applications. For reference, the text of the Buyer’s purchase order, or Letter of Intent to purchase, provides an end use statement to significantly reduce the requirement to complete individual End User Certificates.
