Flowdown. The Contractor shall insert this clause in all contracts, task orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and other similar instruments greater than $25,000 with its subcontractors or suppliers, at any tier, who will perform, under this contract, the provision, service, or sale of food in the United States.

The Recipient agrees to include in each document (subagreement, lease, third party contract, or other similar document) any necessary provisions requiring the Project participant (subrecipient, lessee, third party contractor, or other participant) to impose applicable Federal requirements and directives on its subrecipients, lessees, third party contractors and other participants in the Project at the lowest tier necessary, except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing.

Flowdown. The requirements of this clause shall be flowed down to and included in all subcontracts directly chargeable to this contract. The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer within seven business days of the award of any support subcontract. The notification shall identify the programs and/or contracts being supported, certify that the subcontractors have executed all appropriate implementing NDAs, and confirm that the terms of this clause have been accepted by the subcontractor.
Flowdown. (a) In the performance of any ensuing purchase order, Sellers are required to flowdown end use information as well as the requirement for export/import compliance to their sub-tier Sellers. Sellers are required to provide proof of retransfer authorization to GDLS-C as applicable.
