End User and Content-Related Claims. The Indemnifying Party Customer further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party Parties from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party Customer or such PartyCustomer's end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party Customer or such PartyCustomer's end users.

The Indemnifying Party PHNLK further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party Third Party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users.

The Indemnifying Party TEL - LINK further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users.

The Indemnifying Party RECONEX further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party Third Party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users.

The Indemnifying Each Party agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party, its affiliates, and any third-third- party provider or operator of facilities involved in the provision of services Services, Unbundled Network Elements or Facilities under this Agreement (collectively, the "Indemnified Party") from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by the Indemnifying either Party’s 's end users against an Indemnified Party arising from servicesServices, Unbundled Network Elements or Facilities. The Indemnifying Each Party further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party Third Party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users.

End User and Content-Related Claims. The Indemnifying Party Customer agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other PartyProvider, its affiliates, and any third-third party provider or operator of facilities involved in the provision of services Services or facilities under this Agreement (collectively, the "“Indemnified Party"Parties”) from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's ’s fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by the Indemnifying PartyCustomer’s end users against an Indemnified Party arising from servicesthe provision of the Services unbundled elements or facilities. The Indemnifying Party Customer further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party Parties from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, whatsoever including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's ’s fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party Customer or such Party's Customer’s end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party Customer or such Party's Customer’s end users.

End User and Content-Related Claims. The Indemnifying Each Party agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party, its affiliates, and any third-party provider or operator of facilities involved in the provision of services Services, Unbundled Network Elements or Facilities under this Agreement (collectively, the "Indemnified Party") from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by the Indemnifying either Party’s 's end users against an Indemnified Party arising from servicesServices, Unbundled Network Elements or Facilities. The Indemnifying Each Party further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold 29 harmless the Indemnified Party from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party Third Party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party or such Party's end users.

End User and Content-Related Claims. The Indemnifying Each Party agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party, its affiliates, and any third-party provider or operator of facilities involved in the provision of services (collectively, the "Indemnified Party") Parties from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's ’s fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by the Indemnifying indemnifying Party’s end users against an Indemnified Party arising from servicesprovision of the services or facilities. The Indemnifying Each Party further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party Parties from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's ’s fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party against an Indemnified Party arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified indemnifying Party or such the indemnifying Party's ’s end users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified indemnifying Party or such the indemnifying Party's ’s end users.

The Indemnifying Each Party further agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Party Indemnitee from all losses, claims, demands, damages, expenses, suits, or other actions, or any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, costs and attorney's fees, suffered, made, instituted, or asserted by any third party against an Indemnified Party Indemnitee arising from or in any way related to actual or alleged defamation, libel, slander, interference with or misappropriation of proprietary or creative right, or any other injury to any person or property arising out of content transmitted by the Indemnifying Party and the Indemnified Party Indemnitee or such Party's end usersEnd Users, or any other act or omission of the Indemnified Party Indemnitee or such Party's end usersEnd Users.
