Ending Your employment without notice. The Company may end Your employment at any time without notice if You: (a) engage in serious or wilful misconduct; (b) are seriously negligent in the performance of Your duties; (c) commit a serious or persistent breach of this agreement; (d) commit an act, whether at work or otherwise, which brings the Company into disrepute; or (e) are charged with an offence punishable by imprisonment.
