Common use of Enduring effect Clause in Contracts

Enduring effect. The Parties agree that the provisions of this clause 14 shall survive the termination of this agreement. Furthermore, a Party shall continue to be bound by this clause 14 notwithstanding that the Party may have transferred its Shares or otherwise ceased to hold Shares or be a Party.
