Common use of ENERGY CONSERVATION REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

ENERGY CONSERVATION REQUIREMENTS. Consultant and all Subconsultants agree to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency as contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6201et seq). Consultant must include the substance of this clause in all sub-tier contracts.

Consultant The CONSULTANT and all Subconsultants any subcontractors agree to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency as contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6201et USC 6201 et seq.). Consultant must include the substance of this clause in all sub-tier contracts.

Consultant must agrees to include the substance of this clause above paragraph in each subcontract such that all sub-tier contractsprovisions will equally apply to the subcontractor. It is further agreed that the clauses shall not be modified, except to identify the subcontractor who will be subject thereto.
