New and existing points scheduled for migration shall be incorporated in the new supervisory network. Incorporate all functionality of existing systems and additional sequences as required to meet savings. Provide alarming and trending as specified.  Network supervisory controllers shall be integrated into the temperature control network running on remote server at owner-specified location.  Owner IT department to provide addresses and permissions for integration to site LAN. Boiler Room Automatic Temperature Control (Steam Boiler Room (1 boiler) and Hot Water Boiler Room (2 boilers))  Provide new boiler room controllers, panels, and field devices as required to incorporate into the automation network the equipment planned for installation under the proposed Energy Performance Contract and existing equipment scheduled to remain in service currently connected to the automation network. Boiler room work shall include all warm-up/cool-down, trending, and alarms as required by the Energy Performance contract o Heating/Cooling Pumps: Start-Stop/Status/Fault/Alarm o Boilers: Start-Stop/Status/Fault/Alarm o Heat Exchangers: Temperature control with unoccupied set back, OA Reset o Hot Water Mixing Valves: Temperature control with unoccupied set back, OA Reset o Occupancy: Day/Night control for new and existing occupancy zones o Zone Valves: Open/close based on occupancy and demand  Install new combustion air dampers in both boiler rooms that interlock with boiler and domestic hot water heater operation.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
