Energy Payments - First Period. During the First Period of the Contract Term, Seller shall be paid a Monthly Energy Payment for the Energy delivered by the Seller to Edison at the Point of Interconnection pursuant to the Energy Payment Option selected by Seller in Section 1.12, as follows.
