Enforcement Actions by Administrative Agent. Except as otherwise expressly provided under this Agreement or in any of the other Loan Documents and subject to the terms hereof, Administrative Agent will take such action, assert such rights and pursue such remedies under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as the Majority Revolving Credit Lenders, any other specified Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage or all of Lenders, as the case may be (as provided for hereunder), shall direct; provided, however, that Administrative Agent shall not be required to act or omit to act if, in the reasonable judgment of Administrative Agent, such action or omission may expose Administrative Agent to personal liability for which Administrative Agent has not been satisfactorily indemnified hereunder or is contrary to this Agreement, any of the Loan Documents or applicable law. Except as expressly provided above or elsewhere in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, no Lender (other than Administrative Agent, acting in its capacity as agent) shall be entitled to take any enforcement action of any kind under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
