ENFORCEMENT AND COMPLIANCE MONITORING OF THE SEWAGE SLUDGE PROGRAM. The enforcement procedures, compliance monitoring activities, and inspection sections, and all agreements contained therein, within this MOA shall also apply to sludge uses and disposal practices.
