Enforcement and Security Sample Clauses
The Enforcement and Security clause outlines the mechanisms by which a party can ensure compliance with the agreement and protect its interests if the other party fails to meet its obligations. This clause typically allows for the use of legal remedies, such as seeking injunctions or damages, and may permit the imposition of security interests or collateral to guarantee performance. Its core function is to provide practical tools for enforcing the contract and mitigating the risk of non-performance or breach.
