Enforcement Costs and Attorneys Fees. If legal action or other proceedings, including arbitration, is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any provision of this Agreement, each party will hereby be responsible for its own costs and attorneys’ fees. This does not negate any of the Business Associate’s responsibilities for costs and/or attorneys’ fees that are otherwise specifically provided for herein.
