Common use of Enforcement Fees Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Fees. The prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other all costs and expenses incurred by such prevailing party as a result of enforcement of this Agreement and the collection of any amounts owed to such prevailing party hereunder (whether in cash, equity or otherwise), including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.

Enforcement Fees.
