Enforcement Fees. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that in the event of any dispute or proceeding initiated under this Agreement, the party prevailing in the ultimate award shall, in addition to the other remedies and damages actually awarded, be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable attorneys’ fees and other out-of-pocket costs and disbursements incurred by the party in asserting its claims hereunder.
