ENFORCEMENT OF ARBITRATOR'S AWARD. Any Party may apply to a court of general jurisdiction to enforce a arbitrator's award, and if enforcement is ordered, the party against which the order is issued shall pay the costs and expenses of the other party in obtaining such order, including responsible attorneys' fees.
