Enforcement of Confidentiality Provisions. Sellers agree to use reasonable best efforts to enforce, at the written request of Purchaser, (i) the confidentiality provisions of any agreements related to the sale of the Business (excluding any employee solicitation provisions) and (ii) all confidentiality agreements, if any, entered into between Sellers or any of their Affiliates and any of their employees, in each case to the extent such provisions pertain to the Business as of the Closing Date.
