Common use of Enforcement of Contract Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Contract. The Parties hereto shall be responsible for their respective attorneys’ fees, expenses, and costs incurred by them through the date of this Contract. In the event that any party breaches this Contract, however, such defaulting party shall pay, in addition to any other liability, all costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of the non-breaching party or its successor-in-interest in enforcing, or in exercising any remedies under this Contract, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, whether or not any action or proceeding is brought to enforce the provisions hereof (including, without limitation, all such costs and expenses incurred in connection with any bankruptcy, receivership, or other court proceedings (whether at the trial or the appellate level)).
