Common use of Enforcement of Contract Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Contract. In the event that either party is required to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Contract, or is entitled to recover from either party any damages or moneys, then such prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its attorney fees incurred for all investigation, negotiation, litigation, and other such services commonly performed by attorneys, and all court costs, fees paid to experts, arbitration fees and similar expenses.

Enforcement of Contract. In the event that either party is required to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Contract, or is entitled to recover from either the other party any damages or moneysmoneys related to this Contract, then such prevailing the successful party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred for all investigation, negotiation, litigation, and other such services commonly performed by attorneys, and all to enforce the terms of this Contract as well as reasonable court costs, fees paid to experts, arbitration fees and similar expenses.
