Enforcement of Contract. In the event that either party is required to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Contract, or is entitled to recover from either party any damages or moneys, then such prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its attorney fees incurred for all investigation, negotiation, litigation, and other such services commonly performed by attorneys, and all court costs, fees paid to experts, arbitration fees and similar expenses.
