Enforcement of indemnities. It is not necessary for a Party to incur expense or make payment before enforcing a right of indemnity conferred by this Services Agreement. The Service Provider agrees that Health may enforce any indemnity in this Services Agreement in favour of any of its officers, employees or agents as a trustee for and on their behalf.
