Enforcement of Purchase and Sale Agreement. On its own behalf and on behalf of the Credit Parties and the Administrative Agent, (x) promptly enforce all covenants and obligations of each Originator contained in the Purchase and Sale Agreement and (y) deliver to the Administrative Agent all consents, approvals, directions, notices and waivers and take other actions under the Purchase and Sale Agreement as may be reasonably directed by the Administrative Agent.
Enforcement of Purchase and Sale Agreement. The Seller, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Purchasers, shall promptly enforce all covenants and obligations of each Originator contained in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
