Enforcement of the Pledge over Movable Assets located outside of the Slovak Republic. Upon commencement of enforcement of the Pledge by the Pledgee under this Agreement, the Pledgor shall: (a) procure that any Movable Assets located outside of the Slovak Republic are without undue delay transported to the Slovak Republic; and (b) if such transportation is not possible, to cooperate with the Pledgee and to perform all actions as may be considered necessary or desirable by the Pledgee in order for the Pledge to be enforced in accordance with provisions of this Clause 7 (Enforcement of Pledge) to the maximum extent legally permissible in the jurisdiction where such Movable Assets are located.
