Common use of Enforcement Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against any part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer or any of its Material Subsidiaries and is not discharged or stayed within 90 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other similar legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against any part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer or any of its Material Subsidiaries having an aggregate value of EUR25,000,000 or more and is not discharged or stayed within 90 45 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against all or any material part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer or any of its Material Principal Subsidiaries and is not discharged or stayed within 90 for a period of 30 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against the assets of any part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer Obligor or any of its Material Subsidiaries subsidiaries and is not discharged or stayed within 90 10 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or;

Enforcement Proceedings.
