Enforcement Proceedings. A final judgment or decree for the payment of money (not paid or fully covered by insurance as to which the relevant insurance company has acknowledged coverage) which, together with all other such judgments or decrees against the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary then outstanding and unsatisfied, exceeds $50,000,000 in aggregate amount not covered by insurance shall be rendered against the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of 60 days, during which the execution thereon shall not effectively be stayed, released, bonded or vacated; or
