Common use of Enforcement Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against any part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer or any of its Material Subsidiaries and is not discharged or stayed within 90 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against any part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer or Issuer, and in any of its Material Subsidiaries and is such case not being discharged or stayed within 90 30 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against any a material part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of its Material the Principal Subsidiaries and is not discharged or stayed within 90 30 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or

Enforcement Proceedings. a distress, attachment, execution or other similar legal process is levied, enforced or sued out on or against any part of the property, assets or revenues of the Issuer or any of its Material Subsidiaries having an aggregate value of EUR25,000,000 or more and is not discharged or stayed within 90 45 days, provided that the amount levied, enforced or sued on such distress, attachment or execution, individually or in the aggregate with any other amount levied, enforced or sued, exceeds €75,000,000; or
