Common use of Engage in Unfair Competition Clause in Contracts

Engage in Unfair Competition. Executive SHALL NOT, directly or indirectly, in the Restricted Area, perform, supervise, or manage on behalf of any Competitor the same or similar services as those Executive performed, supervised or managed for the Employer during the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the termination of Executive’s employment.
