Engagement; Acceptance. The Transferor hereby engages Xxxxxxx Fixed Income Services LLC to act as the Asset Representations Reviewer for the Trust. Asset Representations Reviewer accepts the engagement and agrees to perform the obligations of the Asset Representations Reviewer on the terms stated in this Agreement. The Transferor hereby confirms such engagement with respect to all Covered Series outstanding on the date hereof. Such engagement shall be confirmed with respect to each additional Covered Series pursuant to the related Supplement.
