Common use of ENGAGEMENT AS AN EXECUTIVE Clause in Contracts

ENGAGEMENT AS AN EXECUTIVE. 1.1 The Company hereby engages the Executive as an independent contractor of the Company, to undertake the duties and title of Member, Board of Directors, and to undertake the duties and title of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the Executive agrees to exercise those powers as requested by the Company or its subsidiaries from time to time, (collectively the “Services”) and the Executive accepts such engagement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
