Common use of Engagement of CMRRA Clause in Contracts

Engagement of CMRRA. Publisher hereby engages CMRRA as its non-exclusive licensing agent during the Term to provide the services set out herein, and such other services as Publisher may specifically instruct CMRRA to undertake from time to time during the Term. Notwithstanding this section, certain services provided by CMRRA to Publisher as outlined in Schedules ‘A’ through ‘H.2’ herein require Publisher to engage CMRRA as the exclusive agent for those services, as set out therein.
