ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR MEDIA PLANNING AT. AAI AIRPORTS At present, AAI awards advertisement rights contract at its various airports so as to xxxxxx revenue from advertisement opportunities available at AAI airports through various media. The respective licensees prepare the media plan and implement after approval from AAI. However, the advertisement avenues and media types are evolving in a very dynamic fashion in present times. There is growing influence of digital media also. In the endeavor to maximize revenue potential from advertisement opportunities available at airports, AAI intends to engage consultants having expertise and experience in advertising and media planning through open e‐tender process. The selected consultant shall conduct the study as per the defined scope of work and submit their recommendations to AAI. Before initiation of tender process for Engagement of Consultant, this EOI has been invited by XXX. The objective of this EOI is to get response from maximum entities on various aspects of the selection process, budgetary estimates for consultancy work, timelines for the work, eligibility & experience of the consultant etc. so as to draft the NIT conditions in an open and transparent manner and also to ensure better response in the intended tender from suitably experienced parties. However, it is clarified that AAI may not be bound by the submissions in the EOI. The preliminary details of the consultancy assignment and parameters for consultant selection process/engagement are enumerated as under:
