Common use of Engagement of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

Engagement of the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The Contractor agrees to perform the services set forth in Exhibit A, and as otherwise stated in this Contract. The Contractor understands and agrees that all services under this Contract are to be performed solely by the Contractor, and may not be subcontracted or assigned without the prior written approval and consent of Florida Housing.
