Cyber Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Officer of Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by Contractor in this agreement and shall include, but not limited to, claims involving infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs as well as regulatory fines and penalties as well as credit monitoring expenses with limits sufficient to respond to these obligations. Limits may not be shared with other lines of coverage. A copy of the cyber liability policy must be submitted to the Office of Risk Management (ORM) for compliance review.
Cyber Liability Insurance. Cyber Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 per claim.
Cyber Liability Insurance. Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence or claim, two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as are undertaken by Contractor in this Agreement and shall include, but not be limited to, claims involving security breach, system failure, data recovery, business interruption, cyber extortion, social engineering, infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, and alteration of electronic information. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs, regulatory fines and penalties as well as credit monitoring expenses.
Cyber Liability Insurance. The Contractor must secure and maintain cyber liability insurance coverage with limits of $2 million per occurrence and in the aggregate during the term of the Contract, including coverage for: network security liability; privacy liability; privacy regulatory proceeding, defense, response, expenses and fines; technology professional liability (errors and omissions); privacy breach expense reimbursement (liability arising from the loss or disclosure of County Information no matter how it occurs); system breach; denial or loss of service; introduction, implantation, or spread of malicious software code; unauthorized access to or use of computer systems; and Data/Information loss and business interruption; any other liability or risk that arises out of the Contract. The Contractor must add the County as an additional insured to its cyber liability insurance policy and provide to the County certificates of insurance evidencing the foregoing upon the County’s request. The procuring of the insurance described herein, or delivery of the certificates of insurance described herein, will not be construed as a limitation upon the Contractor’s liability or as full performance of its indemnification obligations hereunder. No exclusion/restriction for unencrypted portable devices/media may be on the policy.
Cyber Liability Insurance. With coverage of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate which shall include at a minimum coverage for (i) unauthorized access, which may take the form of a “hacker attack” or a “virus” introduced by a third party or cyber extortion; (ii) crisis management, response costs and associated expenses (e.g. legal and public relations expenses); (iii) breach of the City Data; and (iv) loss of data or denial of service incidents.

The Design-Builder shall provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Officer of Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than $10,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $10,000,000 aggregate. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by Design-Builder in this agreement and shall include, but not limited to, claims involving infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs as well as regulatory fines and penalties as well as credit monitoring expenses with limits sufficient to respond to these obligations. This insurance requirement will be considered met if the general liability insurance includes an affirmative cyber endorsement for the required amounts and coverages.
Cyber Liability Insurance. Cyber Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence or event with an annual aggregate of $2,000,000 covering claims involving privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, intentional and/or unintentional release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy shall protect the involved County entities and cover breach response cost as well as regulatory fines and penalties.
Cyber Liability Insurance. If indicated in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain cyber liability insurance covering losses arising from operations under this Agreement in the amounts listed in Schedule A. The City shall approve the policy (including exclusions therein), coverage amounts, deductibles or self-insured retentions, and premiums, as well as the types of losses covered, which may include but not be limited to: notification costs, security monitoring costs, losses resulting from identity theft, and other injury to third parties. If additional insured status is commercially available under the Contractor’s cyber liability insurance, the insurance shall cover the City, together with its respective officials and employees, as additional insured.
Cyber Liability Insurance. Cyber insurance which shall be in place for all contractors and subcontractors. All cyber insurance policies shall have Arlington County School Board, including elected and appointed officials, agents, and employees as an additional named insured.

B. Minimum Limits of Insurance Provider shall maintain limits no less than:
1. General Liability - $2,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. If Commercial General Liability Insurance or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location (ISO CG 25 03 or 25 04) or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit.
2. Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.
