Common use of Engagement of the Westlake Parties Clause in Contracts

Engagement of the Westlake Parties. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Owner hereby engages the Westlake Parties to perform the Common Facilities Services (as defined below) and make available the Utility Services (as defined below) (together, the “Shared Services”). Owner hereby authorizes the Westlake Parties to perform all acts that are necessary or appropriate in the reasonable judgment of the Westlake Parties, to perform the Shared Services and the Westlake Parties hereby accept such engagement and agree to perform all acts necessary or appropriate in the reasonable judgment of the Westlake Parties, to perform the Shared Services, all in accordance with the terms and conditions and subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement.
