Engagement Requirements for Recitals. When a "Recital" which does not include the use of a chorus, Equity agrees that the Artist/Artists may waive their right/rights to be engaged with an Equity Engagement Contract. The Engager agrees to notify the Artist/Artists in writing of this right.
