Common use of Engagement to Carry Out Study Clause in Contracts

Engagement to Carry Out Study. The Principal hereby engages the Contractor to provide and perform the Study for the purposes of the Project, as further described and according to the specifications contained Annex B (Technical specification) to this Agreement, and the Contractor hereby accepts such engagement. The Study shall result in the provision to the Principal of the Deliverables identified in accordance with Annex CS(chedule of Study) to this Agreement.
