Engaging Enrollees. Contractor shall use a multifaceted approach to locate and engage Enrollees and shall capitalize on every Enrollee contact to obtain and update Enrollee contact information and engage the Enrollees in their own care. Input will be solicited from Contractor’s Enrollee Advisory Committee and Community Stakeholder Committee to help develop strategies to increase motivation of Enrollees in participating in their own care.
