Written contacts. Contractor shall produce mailings to all Enrollees enrolled in care management that will include reminders about the benefits of participating in the care‐ management program and of receiving the screenings and preventive care required for their condition. The mailing shall include Contractor’s toll‐free phone number and invite Enrollees to contact ICT or the nurse advice line with any questions. Contractor mailings shall include reminders about needed preventive services or screenings, reminders about the risks associated with progression of the Enrollee’s disease, and information about any available incentives for receiving a needed service.

  • Media Contacts Institution and Investigator shall not, and shall ensure that its personnel do not engage in interviews or other contacts with the media, including but not limited to newspapers, radio, television and the Internet, related to the Study, the Investigational Product, Inventions, or Study Results without the prior written consent of Sponsor. This provision does not prohibit publication or presentation of Study Results in accordance with this Section.
