Business - accept or maintain employment with, or act as a principal of, investor in or advisor or consultant to, or otherwise become affiliated with in any other capacity (other than as a holder of less than 1% of the total outstanding equity securities of any publicly-held company), any person, firm, corporation or other entity which competes, or undertakes to compete, in any manner with the Corporation in relation to the Business (as it may be conducted from time to time following the date hereof) (a “Competing Business”); or
