Engineered Remedies. DOE will maintain physical controls as necessary to protect engineered elements of the remedy, such as landfill covers, groundwater treatment systems, and monitoring equipment.

Liability and Remedies Compliance with the insurance requirements of this Charter shall not limit the liability of the School, its subcontractors, its sub-subcontractors, its employees or its agents to the Sponsor or others. Any remedy provided to the Sponsor or its members, officers, employees, or agents by the insurance shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedy available under the Charter or otherwise.
Defaults and Remedies Section 6.01.
Landlord’s Remedies If an Event of Tenant’s Default occurs, Landlord shall have the following remedies, in addition to all other rights and remedies provided by any Law or otherwise provided in this Lease, to which Landlord may resort cumulatively or in the alternative:
Limited Remedy If a Product is non-conforming in that it does not meet the warranty pursuant to Section 8.2, Recipient’s sole and exclusive remedy is, at Supplier’s option, replacement or repair of the Product demonstrated to be non-conforming or refund of the Price paid. Claims of non-conformance must be made pursuant to Section 5.6. For the avoidance of doubt, this limited remedy shall control over the Quality Agreement for Products supplied under this Agreement.
Additional Remedies The rights, powers and remedies given to Bank hereunder shall be cumulative and not alternative and shall be in addition to all rights, powers and remedies given to Bank by law against Borrower or any other person, including but not limited to Bank's rights of setoff or banker's lien.
