Engineering and Architectural Services. It is impermissible in Texas and some other jurisdictions for engineering and architectural services (A&E) to be procured or provided through an interlocal cooperative contract such as this one. The TIPS Member Customer, if required by law, must engage independent A&E providers according to the laws of their jurisdiction.
