Engineering Change Request. Either party, by means of an ECR may propose changes to the Specifications or the general manufacturing process, from time to time. Such ECRs shall be communicated in writing to the other party, and the receiving party shall determine arid advise the proposing party in writing if the proposed change is acceptable. Non-urgent ECRs shall be processed by the receiving party within ten (10) working days, and acceptance or rejection of the request shall be acknowledged by the proposing party within that time. In the event that the proposing party considers the ECR urgent, notice of such urgency shall be made at the time of request to the receiving party, and the parties shall agree on a priority for the ECR. To expedite the implementation of approved/urgent ECRs, it may be necessary for Humphrey to use redlined drawings and/or documentation to initiatx xxx xxange; however, the use of any redlined drawings or documents for manufacturing purposes shall be permitted only upon the written approval of Allergan's Director of Operations for Engineering or his or her designee. No changes to the Specifications or significant change to the manufacturing process shall be made without the prior approval of the both parties hereto, which shall be evidenced by their signatures on the final ECR. All costs associated with an ECR, including field retrofits, scrapping of existing component inventory or rework costs shall be agreed to in writing by the parties prior to implementing any change.

Engineering Change Request. Supplier shall not make any changes to Product and/or Services or any process specifically defined in the Specifications without SPANSION’s written authorization. That written authorization shall only be accepted in the form of an approved Engineering Change Request (ECR) or Deviation signed by an authorized representative of SPANSION. The ECR or Deviation may include, but is not limited to, changes in the Product’s design, components, or suppliers listed in the SPANSION Approved Vendor List, or assembly and/or testing processes specifically defined in the Specifications. Either SPANSION or Supplier may initiate an ECR or a Deviation.
Engineering Change Request. All engineering change requests must be approved in advance by Buyer, its customer and Manufacturer.

  • Engineering Changes Customer may request that Flextronics incorporate engineering changes into the Product by providing Flextronics with a description of the proposed engineering change sufficient to permit Flextronics to evaluate its feasibility and cost. Flextronics will proceed with engineering changes when the parties have agreed upon the changes to the Specifications, delivery schedule and Product pricing and the Customer has issued a purchase order for the implementation costs.

  • PRODUCT AND PRICING CHANGE REQUESTS Supplier may request Equipment, Product, or Service changes, additions, or deletions at any time. All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. This approved form is available from the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. At a minimum, the request must: • Identify the applicable Sourcewell contract number; • Clearly specify the requested change; • Provide sufficient detail to justify the requested change; • Individually list all Equipment, Products, or Services affected by the requested change, along with the requested change (e.g., addition, deletion, price change); and • Include a complete restatement of pricing documentation in Microsoft Excel with the effective date of the modified pricing, or product addition or deletion. The new pricing restatement must include all Equipment, Products, and Services offered, even for those items where pricing remains unchanged. A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.

  • Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change. If the nature of a Change requires revisions to the Approved Plans, then the requesting party shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions and any increases in the cost of the Tenant Improvements as a result of such Change. Change Requests shall be signed by the requesting party’s Authorized Representative.

  • Staffing Changes The Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to any of its staffing identified in Attachment B of an Approved Service Order.

  • Term SOFR Conforming Changes In connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document.   • Accounting Changes Make any material change in accounting treatment or reporting practices, except as required by GAAP and in accordance with Section 1.2; or change its Fiscal Year.
