Engineering Costs Over and Above Fee Schedule. 8.6.1 The Developer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of any and all engineering costs incurred by the City, in addition to those fees specifically set forth in Section 4, 5 and 6 of this Agreement, for review and oversight of the Subdivision. Payment is due within 30 days from the date that the City issues a bill.
