Engineering - Design Phase Sample Clauses

Engineering - Design Phase. During this phase, Seller shall proceed with all activities necessary to allow commencement of the construction phase, including completing the Preliminary Requirements (as set forth below). Upon completion of this phase, Seller shall proceed with the installation & construction phase.
Engineering - Design Phase. After completion of Survey Phase and approval of the preliminary routing plan by the City of Spring Hill, Consultant shall prepare construction plans, which will include: 1. General Plan Sheets (Cover Sheet, General Notes, and Legend)
Engineering - Design Phase. (a) Within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date, Buyer shall provide Seller with all applicable, and to the extent available, blueprints, plans, and structural reports for each Project Site. Within thirty (30) days of receiving such reports, Seller will provide Buyer with a report demonstrating that the Generating Facility proposed for a Project Site can meet the structural support and weight standards that Buyer reported to Seller. Within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date, Seller shall provide written notices to Buyer that the Site(s) is/are adequate for purposes of proceeding with construction of the Generating Facilities (“Notice(s) of Site Acceptance.”) Seller shall proceed with all activities necessary to allow commencement of the construction phase, including completing the Preliminary Requirements (as set forth below). Upon completion of the Preliminary Requirements phase, Seller shall proceed with the installation & construction phase.
Engineering - Design Phase. Developed design capable of ignition (Q = ∞) - large and expensive. – The Parties (EU, JA, RF, US) endorsed design but could not afford to build it. • 1999 - 2001 – US withdrew from project. – Remaining Parties searched for less ambitious goal. – New design: moderate plasma power amplification (Q = 10) at about half the cost. • 2001 - now – Start of negotiations on construction and operation. – Sites offered by Canada, Europe (Cadarache and Vandellòs) and Japan. – US re-joins, China and South Korea are accepted as full partners. – EU Research Ministers select Cadarache as EU candidate site.
