Engineering Wafers and Development Expense. Each Party will have full access to all operational and engineering data and reports related to engineering wafers manufactured at Y4. (a) Engineering wafers and development expenses are further and more completely defined in four categories: Common R&D Development Expenses, Y4 Direct R&D Development Products, Evaluation Wafers, Qualification Wafers (each as defined below).
