Engineers Personnel Clause Samples
The "Engineer’s Personnel" clause defines the requirements and standards for the staff that the Engineer must provide for a project. Engineers Personnel. 3.5.1. The Engineer shall perform services under this Contract employing the people listed in its Staffing Schedule provided in Exhibit “C”. The Engineer may revise its Staffing Schedule only after obtaining the prior written approval of the Director. The revised Staffing Schedule must include the following information for each professional-level employee proposed for assignment under this Contract:
3.5.1.1. Name of employee;
3.5.1.2. Description of tasks to be performed;
Engineers Personnel. The key personnel identified in Schedule D shall perform the Engineer’s Services in the assigned capacities, as shown. Any substitution of key personnel and/or changes in assignments from those shown must be approved by the District in writing before such substitution or change may be made by the Engineer.
