Qualifications and Licenses. All design, professional, and engineering Services furnished by or on behalf of the Engineer shall be performed by persons qualified to perform the Services assigned to them and shall be under the responsible charge of the Engineer licensed to practice their respective trades or professions, where required by law, and who shall assume professional responsibility for all programming, design, calculations, and related engineering documents, hereinafter defined, prepared or furnished by them. Engineer’s Representative, Key Personnel, and Consultants shall be experienced in projects of similar nature and complexity to the subject Project and shall be approved by Owner prior to their assignment to the Project. Engineer shall provide current information on the professional background of its Representative, Key Personnel, and Consultants upon request by Owner.
Qualifications and Licenses. To the extent applicable, Contractor specifically represents and warrants that it has and shall possess, and that, to the extent applicable, its employees, agents and subcontractors have and shall possess, the required education, knowledge, experience and character necessary to qualify them individually for the particular duties they perform and that Contractor has and shall have, and, to the extent applicable, its employees, agents and subcontractors have and shall have, all required authorizations, certificates, certifications, registrations, licenses, permits or other approvals required by the State, County or other authorities for the Services provided.

Architect’s Representative, Key Personnel, and Consultants shall be experienced in projects of similar nature and complexity to the subject Project and shall be approved by Owner prior to their assignment to the Project. Architect shall provide current information on the professional background of its Representative, Key Personnel, and Consultants upon request by Owner.

All Subcontractor personnel shall be duly qualified and competent to perform the work undertaken, and Subcontractor represents that all personnel performing Services or conducting activities in furtherance of this Subcontract shall be properly qualified and competent, and that personnel performing services or conducting activities for which a license or certification is required under local, state, or federal regulations shall be duly licensed and/or certified. All licenses and certifications shall be current at the time the work is performed.

Engineer, as well as its Consultants and any subcontractors, shall comply with any applicable requirements of the California Contractors State License Board. Engineer shall provide current information on the professional background, contractor licensing and any other registrations of its Representative, Key Personnel, Consultants and subcontractors upon request by Owner.

All Contractor personnel shall be duly qualified and competent to perform the work undertaken, and Contractor represents that all personnel performing Services or conducting activities in furtherance of this Agreement shall be properly qualified and competent, and that personnel performing services or conducting activities for which a license or certification is required under local, state, or federal regulations shall be duly licensed and/or certified. All licenses and certifications shall be current at the time the work is performed. Contractor shall execute the certifications set forth in Schedule G, Certifications, and provide the executed originals to Owner. All Subcontractors, if applicable shall execute and return same to Contractor upon execution. Personnel assigned to perform work hereunder who are designated as “Key” Personnel in this Agreement shall devote their working time to the work as required by the Agreement Schedule of Activities and shall not be removed, without the prior written consent of Owner, until their assignments are completed. The Owner shall have the right to reject replacements for personnel.
Qualifications and Licenses. Work furnished by or on behalf of Design-Builder shall be performed by persons: (i) qualified to perform the Work assigned to them; (ii) licensed to practice their respective trades or professions where required by Applicable Law in the State where the Project is located; and
Qualifications and Licenses. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying the credentials, certificates, and licenses of Program staff, agents, subcontractors or volunteers or any other evidence of such individual’s qualifications and fitness for participation in the Program. All Program staff and volunteers shall be subject to the health screening requirements in current law and District policy for school Personnel and volunteers in the District. All staff members who directly supervise students shall, at a minimum, meet the qualifications of an instructional aide in the District. Verification shall extend to motor vehicle licenses and possession of adequate vehicle insurance coverage, if such individuals will be required to provide transportation services as part of their Program duties.
Qualifications and Licenses. (a) Each of the Corporation and the Opta Minerals Subsidiaries is in compliance, and has complied, in all material respects, with all Laws applicable to the operation of its business and each of the Corporation and the Opta Minerals Subsidiaries is duly qualified or licensed to do business and is in good standing in each jurisdiction where the character of the properties owned, leased or operated by it or the nature of its business makes such qualification or licensing necessary, and each of the Corporation and the Opta Minerals Subsidiaries is in compliance, and has complied, in all material respects, with all such qualifications and licences.
Qualifications and Licenses. (a) Prior to commencing business in any state, GECC shall prepare, make and maintain all filings with such governmental authorities as may from time to time be necessary to enable NFS to become and remain qualified to conduct business as a foreign corporation in such state.
