Engineers placed on the Roseville Hub. Merged Rosters shall relinquish all seniority outside the Hub upon implementation of this Agreement and all seniority inside the Hub held by engineers outside the Hub shall be eliminated.

Based on the Architect s observations of the Work and an evaluation of the Contractor's Applications for Payment, the Architect will determine the amounts owing to the Contractor and will issue Certificates for Payment in such amounts, as provided in Paragraph 9.4 of these General Conditions.
ARTISTES AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.
