ENGINEER’S REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE. The Contractor may be instructed by the Engineer under clause 58 of the General Conditions of Contract to make payments of general receipted accounts for such items as stationery, stores, furniture and equipment, claims and allowances for supervision personnel and any miscellaneous claims or the Engineer may direct the Contractor to purchase or pay for the above. The Contractor will, on provision of receipts, be paid under appropriate bill items in the BoQ. The Contractor, when instructed, shall provide and install at the Engineer’s office the Equipment specified below with a dealer’s certificate and warranty: 15. Three years warranty
